Join us for the 5-day Command Fitness Leader (CFL) course where we will cover the updated Physical Readiness Program content, along with basic exercise physiology and nutrition principles, NOFFS methodology, administrative responsibilities, and daily gym sessions teaching various methods for programming workouts. Graduates will possess the skills, education, and motivation to support a culture of fitness for their command and the U.S. Navy.
Open to Active Duty Military only. Only CNIC Form 6110/1 (CFL Course Application) will be accepted for the 5-day course.
All application packages must be sent to usn.ncr.cnicwashingtondc.mbx.cfl-training@us.navy.mil. All documentation must be received and approved by the CFL Course Administrator. Be advised that MWR does not accept packets or register applicants.
