Our Fleet Fitness Complex (FFC), located on Main Base, houses several fitness departments. Visit us to sign up for group exercise classes, NOFFS ZONE PT programs, aquatic and sporting events, and to utilize any number of our work out areas. 

We offer many programs throughout the year to keep you fit and healthy.
