ROW-vember Challenge is here!

Rowing workouts will be posted daily, at 7 p.m. on "NavyFitnessSasebo" Facebook and Instagram accounts, through the entire month of November.

This challenge is suitable for all experience levels! Workouts will include drills, sprint ladders, steady state, and more. The daily average is 30 minutes per workout. Participants must either post a picture of their finished workout monitor in response to the original workout post, or email the picture of their finished workout monitor to: kelly.a.pavkov.naf@us.navy.mil

Must be 18+ to participate. Register at The Fleet Fitness Complex by Friday, October 31.
