Memorial Day Fitness Challenge

Friday May 23 at the NOFFS ZONE

9:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Workout Challenge is a: 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, and 1 mile run event!

1st Heat: 10 a.m.

 2nd Heat: 12 p.m.

Exercises can be scaled by the participants for different ability levels. Challengers will have one hour to complete the challenge. 

Register for your specific heat by Thursday, May 22 at the Fleet Fitness Complex.

This is a Captain's Cup event, participating commands will be awarded points!
