Do you have what it takes to become a member of the Heavy Lifter Club?

 

Saturday, July 19

Register by: Wednesday, July 16 at the Fleet Fitness Complex.

Participants will complete a series of deadlift, bench press, and squat exercises. You have three attempts to max out each lift! Females who achieve 600 lbs., and males who achieve 1,000 lbs. will become a, "Heavy Lifter!"

Schedule as follows:

  • 9 a.m. - Sign In & Weigh In's
  • 10 a.m. - First Lifts begin
  • 3 p.m. - Event concludes
